* Who can I contact in case of a problem?
The best person to speak to or email is the local booking office in the destination where you are travelling. Their name, address and telephone number, plus email, can be found on the Contact Us page of their web site. If this doesn't work or if you'd prefer to deal with somebody on the Huy Hai Travel team, you can call one of the regional offices listed on the Contact Us page of this web site, or you can email us at info@huyhaitravel.com.com or info@asiaroomres.com .
* Sometimes when I book I get instant confirmation, whereas other times I get a message that your office will confirm within 24 hours. Why is this?
When the accommodation provider or tour provider has given us inventory (i.e. when they have assigned us empty rooms or tour places for us to sell in advance) we store this in our database and when a request comes in from the traveller we can give instant confirmation. If we don't have this inventory in our database we need to call the hotel or tour company telling them we have your inquiry and checking to see if they have a room or tour place free. This is where it takes a little time - up to 24 hours - to respond.
1. How you can make your rates so low?
The low rate we offer to you is the success of collaborate between us - hotels and effective use of internet. It is understandable since our philosophy is 'we are friends'.
2. What is the booking process work?
First you select the hotel/s from our list. When you have decided, fill the booking form and submit to us.
We then checking the availability with the hotel/s. Within 2 days we will sent to you the hotel reservation confirmation.
3. When do I need to pay?
It vary depend on the hotel/tour you request to us. We will advise after receiving your specific request.
4. How do I go your hotel from airport. Do you provide the transfer?
We will help you as much as we can, then what never you ask we will try to do it for you. So if you request we will pick you up at the airport.
5. We have 2 children go with us. How much you charge more?
It is upon the hotel's policy.
6. If I want to stay more at your hotel, what should I do?
Option 1: If you plan to stay at our hotel longer, then inform us so you will eligible to stay at our hotel with saving cost.
Option 2: If you really enjoy the trip to Vietnam and want to extend the stay at our hotel, you can contact the hotel directly, but we are not ensure the low rate for you.
